We are also experienced in collaborating directly with holiday property management companies to ensure a seamless process from concept through to installation and styling.

Our consultation gives you the roadmap and confidence to execute your design. Full service means we execute everything for you—from sourcing and ordering to coordinating installation and final styling.

With a holiday home, we treat the design like a commercial space - attractive to all future and repeating guests with a design ethos that appeals to the masses and is low in maintenance. Single rooms can take between 8-12 weeks, while whole homes require a minimum of 6 months. Detailed timelines are provided during the concept and selection stages and captured in a FF&E schedule. We keep you updated throughout the project of any changes.

If you are engaging us for hard furnishings such as tiles, flooring, lighting, paint selection, its best to contact us when you are in the design phase with your main builder or architect. This results in a smoother, more collaborative approach for all parties involved.

You'll approve all major design directions and selections through our structured presentation process. We handle the day-to-day coordination, keeping you informed while removing the burden of managing multiple suppliers and trades.

We charge a fixed design fee (paid in stages) plus 20% of trade prices for procurement coordination. All trade discounts (15-35% average off RRP) are passed directly to your and your pay suppliers directly for complete transparency.

Don’t worry. During our first phone call, I will ask a series of questions to better understand the project you would like completed. If you are ready to go ahead following this I will provide you with a questionnaire to complete. This information I will then have on hand for our first in person consultation.
